So I got a message today saying "reboot and select proper boot device" on startup. Did some searching on my phone and figured it was one of the hard drives. I have 3, 1 SSD with windows, 1 HDD for program files, and 1 HDD for backups. Turns out it was the one with the backups that was messing it up, as when I plugged in the other 2 and left that one unplugged it's fine. So I took it out and hooked it up though a usb port and formatted it, thinking it would fix whatever it was. I plugged it back in and it's still doing it. So it's unplugged for now until I can figure out what's wrong with it. Any help is appreciated.

Check the settings in the BIOS. Also try a different SATA cable and SATA power.

Turns out it was the sata cable that was bad. Had an extra one dangling there so I plugged that one in and everything is working fine now. Thanks for the help.
