Call of Duty 4 PC Settings

OK. I have the nVidia GeForce 8600GT 1024MB DDR2 GFX Card, AMD Athlon 64 X2 5200+ @ 2.7 GHz, 4.0GB nVidia SLI RAM, and Windows 7. I Need to know what settings I should run my game at. Right now I use 1920x1080, all extra, all but shadows on yes, af x0, aa x0 I only get like 35FPS. Please tell me better settings! Thanks! Relapse.

NOOO. 1080p on a 8600GT. No way man. Tune down to 1280x1024 w/ textures on high/med and something on and something off (AA off of course)

Ya LOL. I was wondering... my card probobaly gets @ like 100 Degrees.
