Hello all! My computer is finally up and running again (thanks to all of you ). I have one last bit of confusion, I was expecting to have to do a repair install in an attempt to keep all my old files after installing the new mobo. However, windows loaded up without much complaining (although it says it is not detecting my graphics card driver). What happened and what should I do? Go through with a repair install anyways, do a clean install or set all the window drivers to default and reinstall everything?
The old mobo was a gigabyte EX58-UD4p and the new one is an x58A-ud5. My graphics card is a 4890 1 GB xfx. Thanks for your time!
