Completely power down your system. Unplug the power cord and turn off the power supply just for good measure. While everything is off, remove that little round battery from your motherboard. Leave it out for five minutes or so. Put it back and boot up. Your BIOS should be completely reset to its original settings (so no password).

There is probably a jumper on your motherboard that you can use to reset the CMOS. You could try this method if the previous doesn't work. Check your manual.
