I am looking for a tuner/capture card because when i go back to school I wont have DVR at my place plus I only have 1 TV and it is my monitor, I want to be able to watch TV and browse internet at same time.

My build is

MoBo: ASUS M4A79XTD EVO AM3 AMD 790X
CPU: AMD Phenom II X3 720 2.8GHz
Video Card: XFX Radeon HD 4890 1GB

Memory: currently 4GB DDR3 but when I choose a tv card im ordering windows 7 pro x64 and 4gb more at the same time

42" LCD 1080p tv for monitor

basically i want something that will get the job done but not cost me everything i got. ill only really be using it when surfing and downtime on wow raids. I also will be using it as a DVR

need one that works with windows 7 x64. A remote is not required. I prefer newegg but if something is cheaper at tiger ill buy it there. looking for something under $100 pref under $70.

I use an older Hauppauge card, and it is satisfactory. Since you know exactly what you want to do with it, here are some you can compare (PCI and PCIe) at newegg.
