Dell Laptop USB 3.0 Port not detecting any devices

My Dell laptop's USB 3.0 USB ports are not detecting any devices connecting to it...although the devices are getting detected on the other USB ports of the same laptop...the funny thing is that the drivers of the USB 3.0 ports are showing installed in the device manager...what should I Do???

and whats your os and its bit

Did you check the BIOS to see if it is enabled?
