Sony Mavica CD Problem

I have a Sony Macica CD400. I like the camera despite it's many faults (long
delay after you hit the shutter switch, etc). One problem I'm looking for a
solution for is errors on the CD. I've had several CDs report that there was
"not enough disk space" or that the camera could not read the disk when I
tried to finalize the disk.

I optimistically tried to find a "fix" on the Sony web page but I was
unsuccessful in finding an info and could not find a place to write-in a
question. This is likely because of my lack of skills but I would appreciate
any hints of where to find a solution to my problem. Is there a e-mail group
that specializes in Sony cameras that use CD's for storage?
