has anyone ever tried using the 22" Apple Cinema Display with a PC? You supposedly can do so if your video card as a DVI output.
Just curious as to your experience and the quality.
i ask because i am in love with this monitor and wished they made it for PCs..

For an LCD, it is a great monitor, but for the price I could buy a few great CRTs.

If I'm not mistaken, it's just a normal monitor and you can readily use it with any PC. And yeah it's really cool. :-)

Like most LCDs, you need a DVI. If you really want it and don't already have a card with DVI, a new one shouldn't be too expensive (especially relative to the Cinema display's cost).

Apple use a interface call ADC, which is a combination dvi/power/usb interface!
you can get a adapter to work around if you like
