heres a cheaper mobo that supports sli. there arnt very many TRUE am3 sli motherboards (as in runs both pci-e in 16x) near this price range. you probably wont find any good ones until you go above $150, and those are they entry level 890fx chipsets.

if you dont plan to overclock, this mobo will do just fine. if you do, you might want to go with one thats more stable and feature rich and just... give up the sli. or just chip in the extra dough

Okay, if I change the mobo to that will I run into any compatibility issues? Should I be going for a different video card that will work better with my Video card that I have chosen? From what I know my friend told me that AMD and ATI are sister companies so their products may work better together, is this true?

no compatibility issues. even though amd and ati are 'together', they do have products that work with sli.

you shouldnt have any compatibility issues. you should be getting awesome fps with the 460 and the 955
