I have an old Motherboard from Asus (P5VDC-X). My brother gives me a Gift a "new" CPU from Intel. A C2D E6600 with 2,4 Ghz. Does this works with the P5VDC-X? On the Homepage from ASUS was a negativ answer. Sorry, my english ist not so good! Thank you for your help.
