Stopping usease partition mid-way through?

Hey.

I started to merge two partitions on my old drive, but its actually going to take much, much longer then I thought. Its currently at 4% moving files on the program loaded before windows.

Would It be safe to stop it?

Yea. Its 1% every 4 minutes, going to take 6 odd hours. My bad for starting it without looking it up at all, just wanted to merge my two partitions. Anyway, im off to find something to do!
