Upgrading to ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3870

Hello, i was wondering if i would be able to upgrade my toshiba L305d-S5900 to the ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3850. As of right now it has the ATI Radeon Express X1250. thanks

Simple answer, no. It's a laptop and as such is "non user serviceable" and even if you could find someone to do it for you it would cost far more than such an endeavour would be worth

Only a small percentage of laptops allow you to upgrade the video cards. Those laptops are rather expensive and the mobile video card itself is rather expensive as well.

At this point you have two options:

1. Live with the limitation.
2. Dish out some $$$$ for a new laptop.
