My computers memory is running in unganged mode. I currently have 2 ddr3-1333 2gb sticks totaling 4 gigs. If i bought 2 more ddr3-1333 2gb sticks, would i see a noticeable performance increase? Thanks for the input! :)

I don't think you'll see any difference. I have Windows 7 64-bit, and I had 2x2GB DDR3 1600MHz sticks (the core i5 quad-core cpu runs them at 1333MHz). I recently added 2 more 2GB sticks, total of 8GB, all slots filled. I didn't notice any performance difference. The only reason I did that is that I like messing around with virtual machines, which need a lot of RAM. For most users, it doesn't matter. I think the only downside from filling all 4 slots might be with overclocking, not sure.

I do video editing and converting, so more ram will make it faster? Also, I have a quad core and unganged memory. Will having all 4 slots filled have any benefit for unganged mode?

yes it will make it faster and bring down your times. 4 sticks might cause more strain on the memory controller and motherboard chipset. It would take slightly longer for the CPU to add and retrieve data from 4 sticks as opposed to 2. however i dont think itd be a noticeable difference. only true positive would be less chance for error with less sticks
