If you will be getting HD 5770 and might add 1 more in Crossfire, then these -
GIGABYTE GA-890GPA-UD3H AM3 AMD 890GX
ASUS M4A89GTD PRO/USB3 AM3 AMD 890GX HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0

Or if you will be sticking with a single card,
GIGABYTE GA-880GA-UD3H AM3 AMD 880G HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0
ASUS M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3 AM3 AMD 880G
GIGABYTE GA-880GMA-UD2H AM3 AMD 880G
ASUS M4A88TD-M/USB3 AM3 AMD 880G
MSI 870A-G54 AM3 AMD 870
GIGABYTE GA-870A-UD3
ASUS M4A87TD/USB3 AM3 AMD 870

A long list but that should do...

Most of the AMD boards wont do SLI...though the PSU that you have selected can handle 2x GTX 460...

I would say any of the ones that I had linked - which is the cheapest as all those are pretty good...

And if you dont mind not having USB3.0 and SATA 6GB/s, then this -
ASUS M4A77TD AM3
GIGABYTE GA-MA770T-UD3

Gigabyte GA-870A-UD3 or GIGABYTE GA-880GMA-UD2H
As these have eSATA inbuilt and are comparatively cheaper than ASUS...

^ If you will be going with a single card, then you can save some money on the PSU
500-550W would suffice...But if you have plans for updating the graphics card as well when you will be upgrading the CPU, then its fine...
