RAID setup across Synology 212j and Readynas Duo Tags: NAS / RAID Netgear Synology Storage Yamkara1 November 8, 2012 10:30:17 PM Had a question for this forum: I have a Netgear ReadyNas Duo (2x2TB setup as XRAID) and I just bought a Synology Ds212j. I have 4 HDDs: 2x2 TB (currently in the ReadyNAS setup as XRAID) 2x3 TB What would be the best way to setup the 2 devices so that I have optimal backup & redundancy. Should I setup the HDDs as independt disks and have the Synology 212j and ReadyNAS back each other up? PS I am a newbie to this forum and a prosumer at best More about : raid setup synology 212j readynas duo Can't find your answer ? Ask !
