What should i upgrade ?

So I'm thinkging about upgrading one part of my pc and i can't decide what should I upgrade Processor or the Graphics card
My specs are:
Intel core 2 quad 9400
Asus nvidia geforce 9600GT
4gb of ram
Win7 64-bit

If you want to do gaming,then upgrade your 9600GT, your CPU and RAM look fine.What's your power supply ? and what resolution do you play at ?

Also, how are you on disk space? Fast, large HDDs are getting cheaper (and better) by the day and makes for a nice upgrade.

I agree with Maziar that the GPU should be your priority. In addition to his questions, how much do you want/expect to spend?

Well I will buy a new PSU 550w because i need a 6pin conector
The resolution i ussually play now depends on the game if its not so demanding i play on 1680x1050 if its demanding i play on 1280x800
I am thinking abou buying this card:

but im not buying it from newwgg because i will buy it from my own country and here the price for this VGA is 196 bucks

The HD5770 is a good choice for 1680x1050 and a 550w PSU should be fine.

HD 5770 is a great choice and can handle games fine on 1680x1050
