GA-P55-UD4P Failed and out of stock. What MB replaces it?

Hi all. I built a system using the GIGABYTE GA-P55-UD4P. It failed, and it's still within warranty. Newegg says that they will replace it, but that the motherboard is out of stock. What board would be a replacement for it? Thanks!

Ask Newegg what would be a good replacement or are they going to order more of the same boards to replace yours.
