Hello, I have a windows XP by Dell,I accidently hooked my new cable modem wrong and now I have a blue screen erro 0x00000024,windows has shut down computer so I damage computer,now the computer wont boost and CD Rom wont work.

stop 24 is usually a hard drive failure. how do you mean "hooked my new cable modem wrong"?
