Purchasing PSU for 5770

I want to purchase Zebronics PSU for my new MSI R 5770 hawk twin froz with 1 GB ram graphic card.

I have selected this PSU. Can 5770 handle this one.

There are also 500 and 550 watt version available in zebronics at less cost. Should I select 500 or 550 pro series in case if 600 watt is more than enough for MSI R 5770.

Please advice.

My other components are : Amd phenom 550, 500 Gb harddisk, 2 GB ram, DVD writer, GA-MA 78 us2h mother board with PCI express 2.0 slot.

It (500W Pro Series) should enough for your HD5770, don't worry about that...

I have got the Zebronics cabinet Dew. this cabinet has one side 80 mm fan and one back 80 mm fan.
Present I am having HD 3450 graphic card in crossfire. I am facing no heat problem.

Do I continue with the same cabinet or purchase a new one, when I install new MSI 5570 twin frozer with new 500 watt PSU.

As long as the card (HD5770) fit in your case then continue it...
Move to a new case when you facing heat problem...

I am planning to buy new mb GA-MA 785 GM-US2H to make my 550 into quad core. will it be a fine mb with hd 5770.
Do u suggest some other mb with similar price range to turn 550 into quad core.
