Core i9 help & Memory Problem

Hello. So i have recently put another 2gb ram in my other computer.
I now have 4gb ram in that machine. but windows 7 is only letting
use 2.84gb usable. So i have a nvidia 9800gt 512mb. So graphics is
not using it. What is this problem? please help iv tried everything.

also in the picture where it says my cpu why is it 8-core?

i thought the i9s were 6-core?

Yes. Core i9. it is not a fake. The 4500k part im not sure about it myself either. But it is core i9. If its reading wrong i would love to know how to fix it?

There's no such thing as an i9. ontop of that 4500k would be 1 of the newer "unrealeased" chipsets that you wouldnt even have a mobo for atm. The problem you are having is 32bit operating system. the max you can use on it 3gb. You need to upgrade to 64bit to unlock the rest. But ya you can tell that picture is fake.
