AYWUN 500< Watt Max PSU
ASROCK N68S UCC MOBO
AMD Athlon II X4 640 propus 3000mhz CPU not O/C
2 X 2GB 1333 Corsair DDR3 ram
160 gb IDE 7200Rpm HD /80gb sata drive both win xp only one at a time running
Radeon 6670 hd 1GB video card
onboard sound
running windows xp with all SP

Okay so here is my rig I have the ASROCK N68S UCC MOBO and would like to know if I can get my DDDR3 ram at 1333 mhz to run dual channel in this board ? The board itself does say DDR3 1600 does that mean I need 2 x 2 gb at 1600 or is there another way to change this i.e. bios settings change timings?

For dual channel you just need two matching memory sticks, of any speed, your 2 sticks are fine.
The 1600mhz simply means the board can support memory up to that speed.
