It will be a nice addition for any HTPC PC but cost is high for a 460W PSU The price for silence I guess.

^ Lol, yeah. You always pay a premium for silence, for example WCing, Gentle Typhoons,etc.

Don't they also have a 400W version too?

But at these prices, I don't see a reason to buy it over the X-650, with only 400W loaded, the X-650 is more or less passive anyways.

It is miles ahead of the older fanless PSUs like the FSP Zens though.
