I have a 17" AOC monitor, and I think it sucks. It won't support refresh rates above 60Hz at any resolution beyond 640x480 without looking extremely blurry and dull. I am guessing this AOC monitor is just a cheap OEM monitor.

I'm looking for the best 17" CRT available. Is the P75f+B one of the best? I do alot of gaming, and need something that won't limit my refresh rate.

That monitor's practically the same as my NEC FE791SB. I do A LOT of gaming and this thing is just wonderful. Also gives me considerably less eyestrain than my previous 15" CRT. One thing: I'd suggest u get the beige colored one b/c black contrasts a lot with a lit crt and will cause u more eyestrain....

Blahk blahk, did I say refresh rate in my last sentence? I meant FRAMErate. Can a monitor limit your potential frame rate or effect video card performance at all? ViewSonic has the video input bandwidth listed as 205MHz. Is this good?

lol, no it can't, unless u enable vsync. However, if u run ur monitor at a good 100hz, I think 100fps will be good enough.
