How to resolve the problem of display in a computer system(siemens computer)

i have a pc computer that was formally working, recently after a thunder storm, i switched it off and it logged off as normal but when i was trying to reboot the system, nothing again was showing on the display screen. i changed the RAM and the Processor yet there was no display. what do i do?
