CPU/Motherboard/Memory Question

I am thinking of upgrading my home rig soon. I figure I really only need to update the memory, cpu and graphics cards. This go around I am going to try out some SLI.. not sure.

GPU
GeForce GTX 580 is what I am eyeing..

I like INTEL boards, but I need to have a raid controller on the board (currently have a pair of drives in a mirror for my data protection) and onboard audio.

What would be a slick board/CPU/memory for this?

Also what would be a good display? With an SLI setup, would I need a 30+ inch display?

The i5-2500K is the same clock-per-clock as the i7-2600K for gaming, Hyper-Threading does nothing for gaming.
