Would this run gta iv

hi i am soon going to build a new pc for the main reason to run gta 4
and i need to know if this pc could run it before i buy the stuff here are the specs
amd athlon 2 x3 445 3.1 ghz cpu
as rock alivexfire mobo
3gb kingston hyperx 1066mhz memory
ati hd 4350 1gb graphics card
this lot only costs 200 pound
ALSO is this worth the price
