Looks Great! However, I think you should choose a Western Digital Caviar Black 1 Tb instead of your 500 gb drive.

isnt WD drives slow?

If you're going to add a TB drive, go for a Samsung Spinpoint F3. Best bang for your buck right there.

But, since your budget is 800, there's no reason to upgrade the HD. If you want more storage, add it later. Spend the extra money on shipping for your new build :p

so it looks good?

if you chose the Spinpoint f3 then yes, it looks good :D

Both the caviar black and the spinpoint f3 are great drives.

Seagate has alotta DOAs. I would know.

Anyhoo, just wanted to comment on your monitor. Fine choice, sir. I have the 20inch model that I got from Frys for around $130. It's bright, high quality feeling, lightweight, thin, and has the picture frame stand thingy. Really nice, and the lights on it are cool too: It looks like it's counting down, when you power-off. GET IT!

Is it the LED Backlit one? Thanks for alerting me

Any monitor you get this year and on should be LED blacklit. Its new, its coo, its uber, its pwnage, its thin, its bright, it has uber contrast, its power saving, on and on man ;)

I'm very much in the same jam as you, except I'm REALLY lost on which mobo to get. I don't care for SLI or Crossfire, but would like USB 3.0 + Sata6gb though. Also, with regards to your PSU choice, Corsair might be a bit better. So try this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?Ite.... And then pick a RAM, or if they have a MOBO+RAM combo, get that.

Keep me updated, and share any info you get :)

You should be fine. Let me know how the OCZ PSU works out for ya. It's definitely still attractive for its price.
