Pata to sata adapter

Hi guys i am sorry if this question is asked again but i need yor help.I want two adapters PATA to SATA because i made an upgrade to my pc and my old hard and optical drives used to be connected with pata connectors.So where i can found them ?

they are common at most sites, maybe $5 for the cable $10 for a card. They work ok on the first generation of crossover drives, but don't expect an ssd or anything
