AMD Phenom II 965 (Deneb) mit M3N78-CM Asus

Hello, would my Prozessor (AMD Phenom XII 965 125 Watt) be compatible with M3N78-CM Asus Board? I read that only the 140 Watt Prozessor would be compatible... I Updated the bios on latest version 1001... Thank you Maurice Keil

Thank you.... but it is not really risk, when the prozessor (140 W) is shown compatible on asus webside, isnt it?
