Win XP Cd Recording Problem Please Help!!!!

I installed WinOnCD on my system and restarted. Then Windows loaded normally but in a couple of minutes I got the following message " Driver or Application disabled - CD recording software might make Windows to become unstable, so it's disabled". So now every time I try to copy a cd the software cannot locate the Cd-r drive. I also tried Nero but I didn' t have any luck there as well. I searched the web for an updated driver but found nothing. Several friends of mine have the exact same problem but cannot come up with an answer. Any suggestions would be more than helpful.

I also am using ner0, i believe 5.3.?.?, and it works just fine. Also what kind of drive, and are the drivers and jumpers set correctly? Or was the drive found in other software til you installed the WinOnCD/nero software?
