What are you going to be using this system for because im going to be honest, that system is horribly unbalanced.

i5 760 with 8GB of memory and 1100W PSU and a GT 220? What are you going to be doing with this system? Hopefully not gaming with that graphics card. If you list your usages we can help you pick better parts, and definitely get a name brand PSU like Corsair, Seasonic, XFX, or Antec rather than whatever crap cyberpower is using these days.

I suggest you check into how much the parts would cost you from newegg and see if its cheaper, it probably is and would let you get a better performing system in your budget.

this is totaly unbalanced i would swap 4gb of you ram for a decent brand of psu (antec xfx seasonic corsair)and change the graphics card for a gtx 460 1gb or 5770 if you cant afford the 460
