I am looking for a pc case with psu

Dont get one with the PSU preinstalled, the preinstalled PSUs tend to be only slightly safer than a battery strapped to a lit firecracker. Get the case and PSU seperately, it will be much easier to find a reasonably cheap case with a side window and then use the rest of the budget on getting a good PSU.
