TeraStation Pro on Server 08 AD

Hello once again! First of all, thank you for being such a great community!

I have a Buffalo TeraStation Pro that I am trying to join on our Domain. I have followed two sets of directions and for the life of me, can not figure out why it is not working properly. I will be the first to admit that I am not the best with Windows Server 2008 (not R2) and rely on Google for help. Here are the 2 sets of instructions that I have followed:

The end result for both of them has been the same! The file server joins the domain without a problem but when I go to log into the server, I get this:

It wants me to log-in and no matter what password or Administrator account I use, it does not recognize it.

PLEASE HELP!

Well, first thin i see is that you are using the workgroup name as the hostname. That's not going to work. The hostname is still TERAPRO. Beside that the screenshot shows a workgroup setup, not the domain setup described in http://buffalo-sg.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/14208/~/terastation-pro---joining-to-active-directory

In the the little utility provided by Buffalo, it lists the Domain name under 'Workgroup' but I do really have it set-up as a Domain:

OK. And now you you are trying to access files on it, but can not login, right? Did you follow this to add the domain users to the allowed users? http://buffalo-sg.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/9790/related/1
