Application to read buffalo external hdd

Hello,
my hard drive not correctly read in my laptop.. once i connect it on the usb hub it appear and seems readable but not playing or the autoplay is not working,, i cant either see my hard drive on "COMPUTER" but the hdd can removed safely, we also tried to look on DOS but my drive not readable. anyone can help me? i really need to get all my files i also lost my backup last month. please help.

You can get the drive out of enclosure, and connect it directly to a desktop PC to see whether the drive is OK, and get your files back.
