Bad - that AM3 socket chip is incompatible with the LGA 1156 mobo @@ In any case a lot of P55s suffer bottleneck for USB/SATA III

The 260 is a fine graphics card but is not DX 11 ready. For about the same money you can get a 5770 that is equal to the 260 but is DX11 ready thou the 460 is pretty popular right now but cost more.

The M/BD you chose is for an Intel CPU. For ~ $100.00 usd you can get a good AMD M/BD.
