Open flash.sys Fail

Tryin to update my BIOS I execute the file 'LIKB0024.exe' and get the error message: "Open flash.sys Fail"!

The 'readme' file says: just execute and follow the instructions, but I never get that far.
Can any body help me?

You'll need to provide more information. Which motherboard? Which operating system?
