Alright just need someone to finish off my build

Case- Antec 1200/750 PSU

Now what I need is a bare minimum mobo (from a reliable brand) that can load the ram/gpu/proc and I need a proc...wont need a i7, so maybe a good quad core...bang for buck, any recommendations?
