What version of windows 7 home premium do I get ?

Ok So I need to get windows 7 Home premium _ which version of home premium do I get

Im not upgrading Im putting either one of these window's seven's on Brand New PC i just built

I dont care for the ability to install to one or more pc's really If its gonna save me 100$ , Cause by the time im getting a new pc Ill prob get windows 8 or whatever is after that ..

Forgot to say - the pc is for heavy gaming - has a 6970 -i72600k and such if that matters

Just one more question ( I appreciate all the help alot This is my first time building a custom pc lol) Ok so In like 3 or 4 months if I were to Get a 1 TB HDD And this windows 7 was already Installed on my 500gb HDD that Im gonna be using (for the time being until i get the 1tb Hdd) How would I take windows 7 off of the 500gb and install it to the 1tb to make it my main HDD And keep the 500gb as a secondary one - Would that work out , and if so How lol -thanks again

Yes the license is tied to the motherboard not the hard drives!
