Can I recover?

Hi guyz,
My laptop is not booting up and I have that Recovery Disk. Just want to clear that if I recover my windows through it, will it delete my all data from drive or just OS partition??

Really depends on the disc, I would guess it would start be clearing all partitions and recreating them, but the set could have been made to only clear the OS partition. Contacting the manufacture and asking this question would be by advice.
