The main worry I have is the Mobo suitability as I also want to fit in a TV tuner card.

Also, Mr.Pizza has suggested G.Skill memory but they are double the price of the CCL brand. How important is the brand?

Thank you very much!!

Looks fine, however, I would definitely change the PSU, you want a brand that's known for quality (e.g. Corsair), else you could get all sorts of troubles. As for memory you can find some cheap memory modules from Corsair (XMS3) that will perform very well.
As for the Case, NZXT is pretty solid and has good cable management, however the Antec threehundred is more convenient.

Well, those are my thoughts. :)

Oh, right, that mobo has lots of space for a TV-tuner card and everything else fits as well.

In Europe Be Quiet are known for quality.

A member here; Asteldian, has built a computer using low cost parts to see where you could cut corners. The parts he had the most trouble with was with unbranded RAM which caused stability problems until he downclocked them a hell of a lot.
So the brand doesn't have to G.Skill, you can look for any 1066Mhz+ 4GB from a major brand, such as this: Kingston4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 1333MHz i5 Memory Kit CL9 1.5V £68. Otherwise you could just get one 2GB stick now, then add another one when you have more money and are more comfortable spending it.
