USB Flash Drive Issues (Windows 7)

I have a Corsair Voyager 16 GB, which I just received today. It works on my linux computer and on a friend's mac, but in Windows 7 it has issues.

>IF (and I mean if) it appears, then it takes 5 minutes to load after insertion.
>Usually it does not load at all.
>There are no viruses, nothing.
>It is a problem with Windows 7 (64 bit), NOT THE FLASH DRIVE (no one seems to understand that).
>I formatted it off of FAT32 to NTHT (?) or something like that.
>It is lightning fast on other computers, and though this problem is prevalent on Win7, it seems to have no answer.

Another possibility is my Gigabyte motherboard. I dunno about that, though.

Thanks for the help!
