You did great for the price.

- Those video cards will be very close on your board and the one will get hotter... but should be OK

- I don't see any major issue with the case, probably OK for the price.

I don't care for recent reports regarding Samsung labor conditions (subsidiaries and such) and I've always found Western Digital to be the most reliable. Some of their NEWEST drives are quite fast:

I would go with the Cooler Master HAF 922 for your case.

Rest of your build looks good... IMO

I am currently researching a rig that is very similar. One suggestion I can make is maybe looking at the Hyper 212 Plus Universal CPU Cooler. http://www.microcenter.com/single_product_results.phtml?product_id=0315397. They seem to be highly praised around here and are $30.
