Hey there i have a dell xps 420 computer and here is my computer info.

intel(R)core(tm)2 duo cpu E6850 @ 3.00ghz 2.99ghz ram 3.00 gb
system type 64-bit operating system and i would want to know if my pc would be able to run this?I would also want to know if this graphics card is good?

Your system is aging but still decent-I would trust the tom's ranking to purchase the best card you can afford:

A stock dell power supply will run most things up to about the $130 range. Anything higher would require that you purchase a better one.

Also--if you are running a 64-bit system you might consider bumping up to more ram.
