Can I install a ssd into my IBM r60

hi i have my laptop which is IBM R60.......
and i wanted to know can i install a SSD in my laptop buy any means for eg. by removing the DVD bay or in the data card bay............and will it support the SSD(laptop)..........

Yes, you can. The r60 has the SATA port. Check the video for take out the HDD

you are saying that I should remove the HDD and install a SSD...
Can I install it in the data card slot...... I just want to use it just for the boot of my laptop and sleep....
And do you know how much RAM other supports right now I have installed 2.49GB...
You can buy the hard drive caddy like those http://www.amazon.com/s?ie=UTF8&keywords=hard%20drive%2... and put the SSD into it then take the CD/DVD out.
