Windows Doesn't Detect HDDs but BIOS does.

Hi guys,

I recently built a custom pc, when I first booted it I only had my SDD connected so I could install the OS on it and that worked fine.
When I connected my two HDDs and booted I checked my bios to make sure they were there and the BIOS detected them but when I got to the desktop and opened "My Computer" there is only my SDD there.

Please help me, Thanks!!
