Help with GTX 260

so i opend up my rig and cleaned it all up after almost a year and now its so weird bcause my gtx 26 isnt preforming as it did beforemy windows 7 score was 7.1 on gamin and now its 4.7 ?!
i dont know whats going on i downloaded drivers again idk plz help

Ignore the windows score, they peroidically update the WEI tester and it greatly changes the scores.

Test using a game or a real benchmark program, you can use FRAPs to see what your FPS is, post what it currently is and what it used to be if you know along with your full system specs.
