Hello,

I have a quick question about if the motherboard and RAM i ordered from newegg.com will be compatible.

In the Motherboard description is says "Memory Standard: DDR3 2000(O.C.)/1333/1066 (AMD AM3 100 and 200 series CPU support up to DDR3 1066MHz". The memory that i ordered for the this is GSkill ripjaw Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2000 (PC3 16000.

Here is the links for both if you wish to take a look.
RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231407

Motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131668

When i first looked at them i believed that they would be compatible but upon further reading I'm not so sure anymore.

Also this is my first computer i am building, have a good friend who knows all about computers helped me pick out all the other parts, and is going to help me assemble and get up and running but I had to go it alone on the ram because he was out of town for the week. I am hoping I didn't just delay this project another week :p

The only reason i went with this motherboard is because i needed a board that could crossfire my video cards
