Just wondering if an xfx radeon 6850, will work on this board,

An xfx 650w psu, will easily be enough.

also how will i got about turning off the onboard vga?, i cant find an option in bios o.o

It should be under onboard devices or something worded similar. Then set it to disabled after you have the card installed obviously. And your good on the power end of things so...
