It should yep,what's your power supply? You'll need to disable the onboard video in bios though.

An xfx 650w psu, will easily be enough.

also how will i got about turning off the onboard vga?, i cant find an option in bios o.o

It should be under onboard devices or something worded similar. Then set it to disabled after you have the card installed obviously. And your good on the power end of things so...
