Need help in choosing power supply

Hey i was wondering if you know a good brand of psu makers or a couple brands. ALso i was thinking for running sli with 5850 and 5870 and idk what wattage i would need and i was hoping you would know? one more thing what do the certifications mean when it comes to psu (i.e. gold silver bronze) Thanks for any help!!

1. SLI is associated with a multi video card setup built using Nvidia cards.. For AMD/ATI cards, the term used is Crossfire..

2. A good 750W PSU will be enough for handling two 5870/5850 cards.. Corsair, XFX, Seasonic are few of the brands to choose from.. If you are interested in a direct (without much explanation) recommendation then please state your budget.. My personal recommendation will be the XFX 750W Black Edition..
