Can i use gts 250 in my system

i planned to buy xfx gts 250 1gb,and core2duo e7500 2.93ghz.

i have dg31pr mobo,2 gb ddr2,hytech 450w psu.can i use the same mobo and psu or i have to change it.........

please help me.............

If you have Pci-express x 16 slot and your PSU has 24 amps on the combined +12 volt rail it should be fine
